Welcome to Tolla! By signing up, logging in, or using our Next-Gen AI Copilot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
Tolla is an artificial intelligence-powered decision engine designed to help WhatsApp Business owners communicate with their clients.
- The Whisper Card: The AI analyzes incoming chats to suggest replies. You, the merchant, are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and dispatching any suggested reply. The AI does not send automated messages to your clients without your explicit consent or action.
- Knowledge Box: You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to the Knowledge Box is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Bring Your Own Billing (BYO Billing)
To provide direct cost control and transparency:
- Tolla uses the official Meta Embedded Signup flow. You attach your own payment method directly to your Meta Business Manager.
- You are directly responsible for any charges billed by Meta for WhatsApp template messages or conversations. Tolla charges a flat subscription fee and does not absorb or pay your Meta API costs.
- Meta currently offers a free tier (e.g., 1,000 free service conversations per month); you are responsible for monitoring your own Meta account usage.
3. Account Access & Security
Tolla uses passwordless WhatsApp OTP (One-Time Password) authentication.
- You agree to receive OTP codes via WhatsApp to verify your identity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp number. Any activity under your logged-in session is your responsibility.
4. Subscription Billing & Refunds
Tolla's flat service fee is R499/month, processed securely via Paystack.
- All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings panel. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Tolla is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the AI suggestions (Whisper Cards) will be 100% accurate, error-free, or contextually perfect at all times. Tolla is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Inaccurate AI-generated information sent by you to your customers.
- Temporary service interruptions or API delivery delays by Meta, OpenAI, or Supabase.
- Any business losses, client complaints, or financial penalties.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any major updates by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
